Each tier includes itself plus every tier below it, across all areas. Moving up only ever adds — it never removes anything. HelpDesk works the same way: each tier adds a more direct channel and you keep the earlier ones too.

You revert to the free Nebula tier and lose access to the courses, software, community and events at your tier. You can rejoin anytime, but at the then-current price rather than your locked Founder rate. No contract — cancel whenever you like.

Annual billing is 10× the monthly rate — two months free — and unlocks the first-year Agency build-out bonus (from a site review up to full custom development, depending on tier).

No. Founder is the launch rate (70% off). You start at today's price, it rises as we launch more, and locks at your 70% Founder ceiling for as long as you stay subscribed. When the next phase launches, Founder closes for good and Base (50%) takes over for new members.

1,000 paid seats total, with fewer at higher tiers — from 600 at Voyager down to just 5 at Partner. Real limits: when a tier sells out, it's sold out. The free Nebula tier is always open.
